Built with the EMCP Widget Builder and registered under the EMCP Custom category of the Elementor panel. Search the panel for: timeline, posts, blog, history, dynamic, archive.

Setup guide

  1. Open a page in Elementor, search the panel for Post Timeline and drag it into a container.
  2. Content › Layout: Layout, Date Display, Show Featured Image, Show Excerpt, Show Category, Show Author, Show Reading Time, Show Read More and 6 more.
  3. Content › Query: Posts.
  4. Pick a Layout: Vertical, alternating sides, Vertical, line on the left, Horizontal (scrollable), Compact list with dates. Each one is shown below.
  5. Style tab sections: Line & Marker, Card. Colours, typography and spacing set here are scoped to this widget instance.
  6. Publish. Every option is a standard Elementor control, so it responds to the editor, dynamic tags and global styles as usual.
Posts is a live query (source: posts). A "Posts" panel with filters, ordering and count is generated for it; results come from this site's data on every page load.
Conditional options: Marker Icon appears when Marker is icon.
Ships with its own JavaScript; it runs once per instance and re-initialises inside the Elementor editor preview.
